Haitian-Creole Fluency
Advanced
Sa a se lang natifnatal mwen. Mwen pale nan yon nivo natif natal. Lang mwen an fè li posib pou mwen konekte ak dyaspora a.
Being a Haitian-Creole speaker is something that I am extremely proud of! The Haitian-Diaspora is everywhere, and this language serves its people. Knowing Haitian-Creole, I am also familiar with the different Creoles where French is the lexicon. For example, I can understand Martinique-Creole and Guadalopean-Creole. This knowledge is priceless and humbles me at the same time.
Japanese Fluency
Low Beginner
教室で3ヶ月間日本語を勉強しました。日本に6週間留学しました
Despite my brief introduction to the Japanese language and culture, what I have learned can never be unlearned. I have grown in ways that I did not expect to. Being in Japan, I got to experience the language in a real-world application, and I learned the different regional dialects of Japanese. All of this made me appreciate the language for what it is. Although Japanese is not as widely spoken as Chinese, I was exposed to various Chinese vocabularies through Kanji and other loan words.

Kiswahili Fluency
Advanced
Nilisoma lugha hii kwa mwaka mmoja, na ni lugha nzuri. Hii iniruhusu kuzungumza na mamilioni ya watu!
I studied Kiswahili through the Flag-African Flagship Languages Initiative (AFLI) by the Center for African Studies (CAS) and the Department of Languages, Literatures, & Culture (LLC) at the University of Florida. This program prepared me to communicate with Swahili speakers. This program focused on speaking, writing, and listening proficiency. Kiswahili is spoken mainly throughout East African, and I am confident that I can accomplish the task of being an effective communicator.
Spanish Fluency
Advance
Nacido en la isla Hispaniola, el español se ha hablado por todos lados. También estudié este idioma durante 3 años
Being able to speak Spanish allows me to connect and communicate with so many Spanish speakers. In all of my studies, I combined formal and informal speech repertoire to aid me in the various domains that I may encounter. Also, traveling abroad to Mexico and Cuba, I was able to open up more to the language and the people. Spanish makes it possible to know the people who dress up our globe!

My skills have been built up over years of academic, professional, and personal work experiences as well as research and simple observation. I have great soft skills, which means I have what it takes to do brilliant work and make a contribution to any team.
